Each March for 9 years straight over 10,000 buyers from all over the WORLD including owners of haunted houses, hayrides, corn mazes, escape rooms, amusement parks, family fun centers and renfairs converge on downtown St Louis to find the latest monsters to escape room gadgets. In 2017 the Transworld Show will be the biggest ever with an expected attendance over nearly 12,000 buyers from over 40 countries.
Each year the highlight of the show is the Darkness Haunted House Tours. The Darkness is widely considered one of the best, most elaborate Hollywood movie quality haunted houses in the World. Now The Darkness has added a complete Escape Room business with four different rooms including a lobby and private party rooms. This years Darkness haunt tour will be the biggest ever as you tour nearly 60,000 square feet of haunted houses, 3D attractions, laser tag, escape rooms, and much more. The Darkness is always completely renovated just for this show, showcasing the latest in high tech animation, amazing set design and more.

St Louis Escape is expanding! Starting the first week of December we will offer all corporate groups a party room! Our Party room is going to be amazing filled with games, fire place, and even animations that talk to guests. Our new Party room will open no later than December 10th, 2016. Additionally we're building a new escape room called Haunted Hotel... players will battle the supernatural, find ghosts, solve puzzles and clues.

The Darkness, Creepyworld and The Abyss are open Sunday and Halloween. Abyss closes for 2016 after Halloween night while Darkness and Creepyworld will be open both Friday and Saturday November 4th and 5th.
Sunday Hours: 7 to 9 30 pm
Monday Halloween: 6:30 to 11:30
November 4th and 5th 7:30 to 10:30 pm for Darkness and Creepyworld.
HALLOWEEN NIGHT ALL THREE HAUNTED HOUSES will have CANDY to pass out to all kids. At Creepyworld we'll have candy at every stop for all kids who show up in costume. Additionally ANY CHILD UNDER 11 in costume gets in any haunted house for ONLY $10.00. Any ADULT in costume (no masks) will save $5.00. Our Staff retains the right to judge a childs age. Our staff will be taking pictures of groups or families in costume and posting them on those haunts facebook page. If your picture gets uploaded to our facebook page and gets the most comments you win a FREE ESCAPE ROOM! Each haunt will give away one escape room to the best group photo.
NOTE about Abyss Online Tickets: If for some reason you don't use them prior to Monday you may use them at either Darkness or Creepyworld. Furthermore if you choose will accept Creepyworld tickets at Darkness or vice versa. We want everyone to use their tickets they paid for but the last chance is November 5th.
Some people complain about CROWDS... the crowds going forward are much smaller even on Halloween. Halloween night crowds are in some cases 1/5 that of our busiest nights. So if you don't want to deal with crowds come on one of our last few ngihts.
ZOMBIE LASER TAG: SUNDAY is the last night for Zombie Laser Tag. COME TONIGHT 7 to 930 to play! Our Escape Games are open YEAR AROUND they do not close because of the haunted houses.
ALL THREE HAUNTED HOUSES ARE OPEN SATURDAY UNTIL MIDNIGHT AND SUNDAY UNTIL 9:30 pm. The Abyss and Darkness are located downtown off South Broadway and Creepyworld is located in Fenton off highway 141. All three haunts are open tonight (Saturday/Sunday). The Darkness also features an all new zombie themed haunted house which you can add on for only $5.00 and Creepyworld features an upgraded haunted hayride for only $5.00.
